Toby Maguire, Retreat Leader

Toby Maguire has been featured in the Sunday Times, Forbes Magazine and the Huffington Post for his work on managing stress and contributions to the health and wellness industry.

Disillusioned with his career, he moved to Thailand in 1997 and spent 13 years studying Chinese Medicine, Meditation, Qi Gong and Eastern Philosophy.

He has since worked in health and wellness resorts worldwide, helping thousands of people to live happier and healthier lives, which have included Olympic athletes, Formula one racing drivers, CEO’s and Hollywood actors.  

He has two ambitions in life; to help as many people as possible in his lifetime to experience more health, joy and happiness and to teach Qi Gong on his 100th birthday!

Oonagh English, Host

Oonagh comes from a stunning, serene part of Southern Ireland and is one of the most kind-hearted and inspiring people you’ll ever meet.

As well as being one of the main figures behind Bien Etre, Oonagh helps people to lead a more meaningful and fulfilled lives as a Life Coach and specialises in helping those with stress and anxiety disorders.

Oonagh is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Meditation Teacher and consults with our guests on our Signature Retreats.

Beth is known for her optimism and ability to always see and bring out the best in others. After her dad was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the rare age of 40 due to workplace stress, Beth and her family moved to the Southern French Alps to start a new life – the perfect place to develop a passion for wellness.

One day, during a yoga class, Beth was thinking about going on a wellness retreat, when it suddenly hit her that she already had all the contacts she needed in the Southern French Alps. So she decided to host them herself…and that was the start of Bien Etre

Meet Toby Maguire

MEET TOBY MAGUIRE

Disillusioned with his life and career, Toby Maguire left his career in the City of London in 1997 and moved to Thailand to study meditation, Eastern philosophy and Chinese medicine. 

After 7 years, he then began to work in Health and Wellness resorts worldwide, sharing his knowledge and helping thousands of people overcome stress, anxiety and depression and discover a new, more meaningful life ahead of them.

His contributions to the health and wellness industry have been featured in the Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, Forbes Magazine and the Huffington Post and his clients have included Formula One racing drivers, Olympic athletes and Hollyoowd actors.
