Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy, also referred to as hypnosis or hypnotic suggestion is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. In this state, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and your mind is far more open to change, allowing permanent and positive change to be achieved far more easily than under a normal state of consciousness.
