Stress Management
Have you noticed how everyone seems to be stressed these days?
Doctors estimate that between 75% and 85% of illness and psychological disorders are stress related.
That number may sound excessive, but when you think that virtually every cell and organ of the body is affected by stress, then it is easier to understand how it can easily affect our physical and psychological well-being.
"Toby is a very professional and highly approachable person. A great listener, he helped me to clearly understand the areas of my life that needed attention and helped me to gain clarity of what I really wanted to achieve in life. I highly recommend him if you find yourself at a crossroads in life."
— Simon Agoston, Olympic Triathlete
But is stress just a part of modern living that we have to learn to live with? Or is there something we can do about it?
When we understand stress, how it affects our body and mind, we will realize that there are many ways to counteract it.
Using physical and psychological tools we can override the effects and return it to a relaxed state where we feel calmer and think more clearly and positively.
The Stress Management program uses a combination of meditation, hypnotherapy, and life coaching to get to the heart of each person’s stress.
Once this is established, we work together to discover tools and lifestyle changes to bring back a state of balance and peace of mind.
Insomnia, irritability, poor concentration, depression, and anxiety are just some of the psychological effects of long-term stress. But there is also a long list of physical ailments that include headaches, digestive disorders, neck and back pain, adrenal fatigue and variety of other conditions caused by a weakened immune system.
