Meditation is a tool that has been used for thousands of years to gain peace of mind and greater insight into our very reason for living.

But the problem is, with such a variety of meditation out there, where do you start? Which type of meditation is right for you? And how do you know if you are doing it correctly?

These are exactly the questions I had when I began to meditate more than 30 years ago and having someone guide me on a path would have saved me years of wasted time and energy.

And that is why I am here today, to teach you to meditate with a methodical approach that will allow you to experience the full benefits of meditation in a fraction of the time it would take from learning through any books, apps or online course.

How Do I Work?

I teach meditation on a One to One basis as this is the best way to serve clients and their particular needs.

Each programme consists of 3 One to One sessions per month over a 3 or 6 month period.

Each week I will provide you with meditations and that I will fully explain and practice with you during our coaching session together.

Once you have experienced the meditation, we will discuss your experience to make sure you have fully understood the instructions and you will then practice that meditation for the next 10 days.

Between each session you will also be required to write a journal about your daily meditation experience and will also be able to contact me at any time between sessions should you have any questions.

At our next session, we will discuss your practice to make sure you are comfortable with the meditation and to answer any questions that you have.

You will then receive the next meditation to practice for the next 10 days.

By the end of the first 3-month course, you will have all the knowledge and skills you require to set up your own regular meditation practice.

If however, you would like to learn more about the deeper and more spiritual aspects of meditation, you may join the three-month level 2 programme.

Meet Toby Maguire


Disillusioned with his life and career, Toby Maguire left his career in the City of London in 1997 and moved to Thailand to study meditation, Eastern philosophy and Chinese medicine.
